The operation of this site and related terms are to be governed by and in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.

Legal capacity to transact.
If you are under eighteen years of age, you can not place orders with this site. Should we suffer as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek financial and/or legal redress from the parents or guardians.

Product Information.
We aim to provide accurate and honest descriptions. Any claims made by a product are the claims of the product's manufacturer. You are welcome to ask for a personal opinion.

Product images.
While we normally photograph items to assist with accuracy, we may also use a manufacturer's image. On occasion we may note a small variance such as colour from the image shown, in addtition, your computer / monitor settings may display colours differently. As such, images should be viewed as illustrative and not identical to product.

Disclaimer.
Any errors or omissions on this site are strictly unintentional. We do our best to avoid errors but they may happen. If you are aware of an error, please notify us.

Packing errors.
In the unlikely event that we send you an item different from the one purchased, we will correct the error as fast as possible without further cost to you.

Packing errors do not include a change of postal address without appropriate notice. When you finalise your purchase, please ensure your delivery details are correct. Once finalised, if you alter your delivery address before despatch, ensure we are aware of the change by telephone.

Out of stock errors.
Due to site error or any other reason, if the item you purchased is not on hand for despatch, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Currency.
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars.

Payments.
For further information, see our payments policies. Payments are processed independent of this site. Payments are due and appreciated within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may cancel your order and sell the item to another person.

Delivery.
For further information, see our delivery policies. Items are despatched from Sydney Australia by Australia Post after payment processes into our account. We aim to post same day payment processes (Monday to Friday). Compensation for lost or damaged parcels is determined by Australia Post. Delivery by Registered post is recommended. Registered post includes compensation cover up to $100. Regular post and Express post may be compensated up to $50.

Warranty & Returns.
All branded products on offer are genuine and sourced through their Australian Agent and/or Distributor.

If you experience a product fault, contact us to help identify and resolve the issue. Some products are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer and/or appointed (Australian) agents. In the event a warranty claim is required, in the first instance, we may ask you to contact the warranty supplier.

Prior to despatch, we inspect products for correct operation (unless their packaging is sealed). We do not offer refunds, credit or replacements if you have changed your mind about the product, buy the wrong item, use the goods in a way they were not made for. Parcels sent to us without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

If we incorrectly send you an item different from the one purchased, we will correct the error as fast as possible without further cost to you.
